Find answers to common questions about LinBerlin orders, shipping, and delivery. Please note that due to hygiene and fragrance preservation standards, all LinBerlin products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

1. Can I return a LinBerlin perfume or attar after purchase?

No. All LinBerlin perfumes and attars are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and quality control standards.

2. Why does LinBerlin not accept returns or refunds?

Perfumes and attars are sensitive, personal-use products. Once shipped, they cannot be resold or reused for safety and quality reasons.

3. Can I cancel my order after payment?

Orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed. However, you may contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order if it has not yet been processed.

4. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact LinBerlin support within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos for review.

5. How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days and shipped via reliable courier partners. Tracking details are shared via email or SMS once dispatched.

6. Which courier service does LinBerlin use?

We work with trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, or Amazon Shipping to ensure fast and safe delivery across India.

7. How can I track my LinBerlin order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also check the tracking status on our website’s order tracking page.

8. Does LinBerlin ship internationally?

Currently, LinBerlin ships only within India. International shipping will be announced once available.

9. What if my package is delayed?

Courier delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or logistics issues. Please allow 2–5 extra days. You can always contact support for assistance.

10. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

11. Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available for most pin codes in India. However, please ensure availability before placing your order as courier partners may limit COD in certain regions.

12. What if I refuse to accept the delivery?

If a COD order is refused, future COD services may be restricted. Prepaid orders that are refused will not be refunded as per our policy.

13. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

You may request an address change before shipping by contacting support within 1 hour of placing your order. After dispatch, address changes are not possible.

14. What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If an incorrect address is provided, the courier may return the order. Re-shipping will require additional charges and confirmation from the customer.

15. Does LinBerlin charge for shipping?

Shipping charges vary based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Final costs are shown during checkout before payment.
