LinBerlin Luxury Perfumes ("we", "us") operates the PartnerHub event partner programme. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you register we collect your name, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, email, partner type, company name (optional), and location. Later you may add profile details such as address, social links, GST, PAN, bank or UPI details so that we can pay your commissions. When you refer a client we store the client details you submit (name, contact, event details and remarks).

How we use it

• To create and manage your partner account and approve registrations.
• To contact referred clients about event gifting enquiries.
• To calculate and pay commissions and keep accounting records.
• To send account, security and programme communications.

Referred client data

By submitting a client's details you confirm that the client has agreed to be contacted by us about their enquiry. We use that data only to respond to the enquiry and manage the resulting order.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the programme (for example hosting and payment processing) or when required by law.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored in hashed form. We keep records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may update your profile at any time, and may ask us to correct or delete your account by contacting us through the Contact page, subject to records we must retain by law.
