Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

At LinBerlin India, we take pride in offering premium, handcrafted perfumes and attars that are carefully blended, sealed, and packaged to ensure authenticity, safety, and quality. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

🚫 No Return & No Exchange Policy

All products sold by LinBerlin India are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This applies to every item listed on our website, including perfumes, attars, gift boxes, combos, and limited editions.

We strictly follow this policy to maintain product hygiene, fragrance integrity, and customer safety.


Exceptions – Damaged or Wrong Item Only

In the rare case where you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or expired item, you may request a replacement or refund within 5 days of delivery.

To qualify for review, please ensure the following:

  • 📸 You must share a complete, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from scratch in front of the delivery person. The video must clearly show the shipping label, seal condition, and the entire unboxing process without cuts or pauses. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • 📷 You must also share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item along with the outer packaging.
  • 📦 The item must remain unused and sealed in its original packaging.
  • 🕐 The issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • 📧 Send details and proof to support@linberlin.in with your order ID and explanation.

Once verified by our team, a replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion. Refunds are issued only in confirmed cases of damage, defect, or wrong item shipped. Any tampered or re-recorded video evidence will result in claim rejection.


💡 Please Note

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as fragrance preference, dislike of scent, or sensitivity.
  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet our policy conditions.

🔗 Orders from Marketplaces or Affiliates

If your purchase was made through a third-party marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, etc.), please follow that platform’s return and refund process directly. LinBerlin India cannot process or manage such requests.


⚠️ Final Policy Statement

All LinBerlin products — including perfumes, attars, and gift sets — are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once ordered. This policy is final and applies to all orders placed on www.linberlin.in.
