Return Policy

At LinBerlin India, we strive to deliver a premium experience — from browsing to unboxing. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 100% return policy on eligible items. To maintain product integrity and safety, we must enforce strict return conditions, especially for perfume products.

✅ Eligibility Criteria for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are fully met:

  • ✅ The perfume bottle is completely sealed and not opened

  • ✅ The item is unused and shows no signs of spray or leakage

  • ✅ The original packaging, including cap, box, labels, protective film, and seals, is intact and untampered

  • ✅ The product is in its original, undamaged condition, just as delivered

  • ✅ The item is not broken, scratched, cracked, stained, or leaking

  • ✅ You have the original purchase receipt or order confirmation

❌ Returns Will Be Rejected If:

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • ❌ The perfume bottle is opened or used, even once

  • ❌ Any seal, sticker, shrink-wrap, or box tape has been removed or tampered with

  • ❌ The bottle or cap is cracked, chipped, scratched, or leaking

  • ❌ There is visible spray residue or fragrance marks on the nozzle

  • ❌ The product was not stored properly and shows signs of heat, freezing, or contamination

  • ❌ The return is requested after 7 days from delivery

  • ❌ The product was purchased via a third-party or affiliate partner website

  • ❌ The item was damaged by the customer during handling or trial

📦 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@linberlin.in within 7 days of delivery

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return

  3. Attach photos clearly showing the unopened condition of the product and its packaging

  4. Await approval and return instructions from our team

💳 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method

  • We will notify you via email once your refund is approved or declined

🚚 Return Shipping

  • In most cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival

  • Items must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage in transit

  • If returned items are damaged in shipping due to improper packing, we may decline the refund

🔗 For Affiliate Purchases

If you purchased through a third-party or affiliate link from LinBerlin, please initiate returns directly with that brand or platform. LinBerlin India does not handle returns or refunds for purchases made off-site.

  • We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions

  • This policy is in place to ensure all customers receive only untouched, authentic luxury products

  • Return misuse or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension or blacklisting
